Remarketing Email Redesign

We have remarketing emails that get sent out incrementally starting with day 0 which is after the customer gets a quote. Then day 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. These emails reaffirm the customer that we are reliable and the right choice for them. After the day 0 email, they highlight features and testimonials that make our services unique and helpful. On the day 9 email, the focus is changed slightly with information about contacting us if they have questions and a section about winning to show be are trustworthy. Our testing showed that there was a big drop off of quotes completed after day 9 so we focused only on those 6 days for this redesign.

Old designs

The previous designs were extremely dated and had not be updated for years with various inconsistent design elements. The goal of the redesign was to create a modern, function design that conveys the right information on each of the different emails. The design needed to be consistent so customers recognize it coming from us but still have variety so it doesn’t seem like they are getting the same emails.

Final designs

The designs keep a consistent and much more modern look. I made it a single column design to make it more responsive to various device screens. The indigo overlay on the header images create that consistency and also reinforces our branding. After the first email, the quoting section was reduced to add more focus to the information in the rest of the email since that is more likely to convert them to finish their quote.
